Essential Spa Care — $99/month

Our most popular option for homeowners who want to enjoy their hot tub without worrying about routine water maintenance.

Includes:

• Two scheduled service visits per month
• Water chemistry testing and balancing
• Sanitizer adjustment
• Routine balancing chemicals
• Filter inspection and rinse as needed
• Water level and circulation check
• Visual equipment and leak inspection
• Waterline cleaning as needed
• Service notes and condition monitoring

$99/month

Filters, sanitizer cartridges, specialty treatments, replacement parts and repairs are additional.

Complete Spa Care — $129/month

Our more comprehensive maintenance plan for homeowners who want truly hands-off hot tub ownership.

Includes everything in Essential Spa Care, plus:

• Two complete drain, clean and refill services per year
• Deep filter cleaning
• Priority scheduling
• 10% discount on repair labor and select accessories
• Reduced pricing on additional drain and clean services

This is an excellent option for frequently used hot tubs, second homes and customers who simply want us to handle the maintenance for them.

Vacation Rental Spa Care — Starting at $199/month

Hot tubs at vacation rentals typically require more frequent attention than residential spas.

Our vacation rental service can include:

• Weekly water testing and balancing
• Sanitizer management
• Filter inspection
• Water level and circulation checks
• Visual equipment inspection
• Condition monitoring
• Service documentation

High-use properties, turnover service and properties requiring additional visits are quoted individually.

One-Time Hot Tub Services

Complete Drain, Clean & Refill — $150

A thorough spa refresh including draining, shell cleaning, filter inspection, refill and startup water balancing.

Heavily neglected spas, remediation treatments or unusual access conditions may require additional charges.

New Customer Spa Reset — $150

Recommended for spas with unknown maintenance history, neglected water or new customers who want to establish a clean baseline before beginning recurring service.

One-Time Water Care — $79

Having trouble getting your water clear or balanced?

We'll test the water, make the necessary routine adjustments and inspect the spa for obvious circulation or filtration problems.

Deep Filter Cleaning — $39

Professional deep cleaning to remove accumulated oils, organic material and other contaminants from reusable spa filters.

Replacement filters are available separately.

Hot Tub Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnostic Service Call — $125

Includes travel within our standard service area and up to the first 30 minutes of troubleshooting and diagnosis.

If additional repair work is required, we'll explain the problem and recommended repair before proceeding.

Seasonal Services

Winterization — Starting at $199

Preparing a hot tub for extended winter shutdown requires more than simply draining the water. We can properly prepare the spa and plumbing system for freezing North Idaho temperatures.

Spring Startup — Starting at $150

We'll prepare a winterized spa for use, refill the tub, inspect operation and establish initial water chemistry.

Hot Tub Covers, Filters & Accessories

Need a replacement cover?

We can measure your existing spa, help order the correct custom-fit cover and arrange delivery and installation.

We can also help with:

• Replacement filters
• Cover lifters
• Steps and handrails
• Spa accessories
• Selected replacement components

Custom covers are individually quoted.

Old cover removal and disposal is available for $75.
